This Ruviews is from our trip to Bean & Gone Espresso Bar in Pudsey, a transformed travel agents which is now a new cafe.
Opened by Ella and Keiron during lockdown, the couple had a ‘f*ck it moment’ and took the plunge to start their own business. Bean & Gone has only proved to be successful since with the locals. Within a short time, they have established themselves as a go-to spot for caffeine and light snacks, supporting other small businesses and sourcing all ingredients and beans locally.
After being on our radar for months, we finally took the time to head down to B&G for a well-deserved lunch break treat. The fresh, modern interior was clean and inviting, but isn’t the reason we went back within a week… One word, Bagels. The B&G Bagels are freshly prepared to order, with generous options for everyone, whatever your dietary requirements. Iced coffee, served in mason jars (what is it about drinks tasting better in cute cups?), as well as locally baked goods. The staff were super lovely, giving this fluffy boy some attention and as an established dog-friendly cafe, Mr. Ru managed to meet some fur friends too!
