FACE MASK AND EXFOLIATOR
Apricot + Honey Face Mask Skin Type: Combination/Normal Skin Applications: Makes 2 Storage: Keeps for up to 2 days in the fridge
4 dried apricots 60ml/ ¼ cup warm full-fat milk 25g / ¼ cup of ground rolled oats 1 tablespoon raw organic honey Whizz together until smooth paste. Apply to face, leave for 15 mins, wash off with warm water and pat skin dry. “The perfect blend of beauty-enhancing ingredients that work their magic on normal or combination skin. Apricots are rich in Vitamin A and promote smoother softer skin.”
BODY TREATMENT
Banana + Cinnamon Sugar Scrub
Skin Type: Normal to Dry Skin
Applications: Makes 1 full-body mask and scrub
Storage: Use straight away due to fresh bananas
¼ ripe banana
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon of raw organic honey
50g / ¼ cup raw coconut sugar or soft brown sugar
50g / ¼ cup of white granulated sugar
Mash banana, add cinnamon, honey and sugars then mix together. Apply in circular motions, all over your body. Wash off with warm water.
“Cinnamon is an exfoliant and helps to remove dead skin cells; it also has anti-fungal and antibacterial properties, which help to keep the skin clean and clear. Bananas are highly moisturising and contain potassium and vitamins e and c, promoting healthy, glowing skin.”
HANDS + NAIL TREATMENT
Lavender, Sea Salt and Coconut Hand Scrub Skin Type: All skin types Applications: Makes 2 applications Storage: Keep up to 2 weeks in an airtight bag – no need for the fridge 3 tablespoons Dead Sea Salt 1 tablespoon solid pure organic coconut oil 6 drops of lavender essential oil 1 teaspoon of crushed dried lavender (optional) Mix all ingredients together and massage onto hands, working into nails and cuticles. Leave on for 5 mins before rinsing off. “Dead sea salt contains more than 20 essential minerals for healthy, strong nails, while acting as a exfoliant. Coconut oil helps to replenish the skin’s moisture, also has antimicrobial properties, protecting skin and nails from harmful microbes.”
HAIR MASK
Shea Butter Split End Rescue
Skin Type: Dry or damaged hair
Applications: Makes 1 application
Storage: Use immediately and repeat for 1 week
1 tablespoon pure raw shea butter
1 tablespoon pure organic coconut oil
1 tablespoon pure jojoba oil
2-3 drops essential oil of your choice (optional)
Melt the shea butter and coconut oil together, then freeze for 10 minutes until slightly solid. Add the jojoba oil and any essential oil. Then beat with an electric whisk until soft and fluffy. Apply the mask to ends of dry hair and leave for 30 minutes.

FOOT MASK
Lavender + Oat Relaxing Footbath
Skin Type: For tired and dry feet
Applications: Makes 1 treatment
Storage: Use immediately and repeat 2-3 times per week
95g / 1 cup rolled oats
8-10 drops of lavender essential oil
Fill a bowl with hot water, add oats and lavender oil to water, stir until the water turns milky. Place feet in the bowl and relax for 20 minutes, pat dry and apply fav moisturiser.

EYE TREATMENTS
Cucumber and Aloe Vera Eye Gel
Skin Type: For sore, puffy, tired eyes
Applications: 1-2 applications
Storage: Keep for 2 days in the fridge
2.5cm / 1-inch piece of fresh cucumber
2 teaspoons of pure aloe vera gel
Put together and blend into fine purée. Apply underneath the eyes, around the outer corners and under brow bone. Leave for 15 mins then gently wash off with warm water.

LIP REMEDIES
Cocoa Butter Lips Skin Type: All lips Applications: Approx. 50 applications Storage: Keep for upto 1 month in a small jar with lid. 1 ½ tablespoons grated raw cocoa butter 1 ½ teaspoons pure organic coconut oil or pure jojoba oil 1 teaspoon of pure unsweetened cocoa powder ½ tablespoon pure vanilla extract 10 drops pure vitamin E oil Melt cocoa butter and coconut oil together, then leave to cool. Put in freezer for 10 minutes. Once it starts to solidify, add the rest of the ingredients. Beat until fluffy with an electric whisk and allow to set. “Cocoa butter is a divine smelling, healthy, skin-friendly fat derived from the cocoa bean that makes chocolate. Smell and taste of chocolate. Contains emollients that leave a protective and moisturizing layer on the lips.”
